Berlin is the European startup capital with 44,000 new company foundations in 2013 alone.
In order to publicize this beyond city boundaries, be Berlin will instantly start advertising Berlin as a “Digital Capital”. The campaign portraits innovative startups from the capital and presents them in form of short films on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. In 2013 alone, these films generated an enormous coverage of 600,000 clicks. Following the success of the campaign in 2013, 12 creative startups have been selected to be presented to the public this year.
