"Twenty years ago, when I began as a trainee at Jonas & Redmann, it was a small and newly founded company. As soon as the first photovoltaic contract came in, however, the ten-man operation began a process of rapid growth. I was able to contribute to this structural development. Our products help to automatize entire processes in the production of crystalline silicon solar cells, and this allows us to lower the costs of one of the most environmentally friendly energy extraction methods even further. Today, I’m the authorized signatory and commercial director of a corporate group that has 700 employees and offices in Taiwan, Korea and the USA. But we’re still an owner-operated family business and we’ve managed to maintain a special culture of dialogue and exchange. What I especially like about Jonas & Redmann are the creative opportunities given to each employee and the open, constructive way we all work together. At our company, we have inventors, visionaries, crusaders and improvisers.
